Vsplash Tech Labs pvt. Ltd. is the worst place to work. As per the previous employers no one can work more than 6 months in this company.

Management in this company is the worst part and vsplash is a software company for all but once you enter in to this hell , you will face lot of partiality and new rules.
This company CEO is from bengal. He looks every on as labour except the employes of Bengal.
All others are treated as slaves in this company, So many people are faced so many problems.

please Dont spoil your life and career with this foolish company. They will tell you lot of lies about projects , and entertainment etc but its all untill you join this company. To join this company you need to submit your original Certificates otherwise you are not eyligible. They will be very smooth untill you join in this company once you have submitted your certificates then struggles will be started.

HR DEPARTMENT is the worst ever. they supposed to be in politics not in a software company. they will not see your performance. they will see only how you are behaving with bengali's if you are dressed and becoming center of attraction, screwing will start from HR BALAJI, TL, PM every one will screw you. so you have to be like slave , wear old clothes dont get HR's attention on you, Dont be active in the team.
